After 37 animals were removed from two vehicles in a Dunnellon parking lot, Marion County Animal Services officials began tending to their needs.

SHANGHAI, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- Officials in Shanghai said they are tackling the problems of dog attacks and owners who don't clean up after their pets with a one-dog-per-household policy.
