Delaware County Council encourages residents to give their pets a safe start to the New Year by getting them licensed, which automatically lists them in the County's "Return a Lost Dog" database. New this year, dog license applications can be filled out and downloaded from the County website and mailed in with the fee; the license will be returned via mail.
