We'd all like to answer yes, hoping friends and family cherish our pets as we do. But that's not always the case. The holidays are hectic enough for most of us. Delaware County Council encourages residents to give their pets a safe start to the New Year by getting them licensed, which automatically lists them in the County's "Return a Lost Dog" database. New this year, dog license applications can be filled out and downloaded from the County website and mailed in with the fee; the license will be returned via mail.
