Pets Alive Howl-o-ween Bash

Middletown Pets Alive Animal Sanctuary will hold a Halloween (or, rather, Howl-o-ween) party that will include a canine costume parade with prizes awarded to: the scariest dog; the prettiest dog; the funniest dog; the best duo (dog and human); and the most creative costume.
