The event was sponsored by the Andalusia Humane Society in order to help alleviate the number of pets lost in the county. Organizer Miranda Diel said the event was a success. The bleeding dog was taken to Dr. Maria Curtis at the Eastside Pet Clinic, located at Broadway Boulevard and Kolb Road. The dog's injury was severe and was hypothermic due to the severe blood loss. |
